The Irmo lady yellow jackets faced rival Dutch Fork Friday night prior to the boys varsity game and came up short when Dutch Fork crosses a ball from the right side of the field to the back side of the box where a Dutch Fork player placed a header in to the goal. 

The Irmo Soccer lady yellow jackets take some time off for spring break and then prepare for the 3-29-08 match at 6pm at Chapin High School.

The Irmo Soccer Lady Yellow Jackets traveled to Rock hill, SC where they played Northwestern in their first game. Bianca Warder finished with a "Hat Trick" and Haley Hutchens scored one and had thrree assists. The team defeated Northwestern by a score of 8-0

Irmo vs Dutch Fork Girls Varsity Final Score

Irmo Girls Varsity defeated Dutch Fork Girls Varsity by a score of 2-1 tonight at Dutch Fork.

Haley Hutchens scored on a left footed shot from the middle area of the field, which kissed the left post followed by the net.

Bianca Warder scored in the second half to lift the Irmo Yellow Jackets to a one goal lead.

Season Opener - Irmo vs Spring Valley

The Irmo varsity girls came up short tonight in the season opener against rival Spring Valley after reaching a score of 1-1 during regulation play. The loss for the yellow jackets came as the two teams competed in a PK shootout, which ended 5-4 on a well struck ball which hit the crossbar and deflected away.
